SCAR AEG Air Nozzles
The SCAR splits by variant and brand. A SCAR-L (MK16) runs roughly 21 to 29mm depending on maker (a VFC SCAR-L often takes an M4-style nozzle near 21mm, a Classic Army SCAR-L runs about 29mm), while a SCAR-H (MK17) is much longer, about 36mm on a VFC and around 31.5mm on a Classic Army. How AEG nozzle fitment works
- AEG air nozzles fit by length, and length is platform-specific: An AEG air nozzle is not universal. It fits your gun by its length in millimetres, and that length is set by your platform: an M4 runs about 21.4mm, an AK about 19.6mm, a G36 about 24.5mm, and long-receiver guns like the SCAR-H run much longer. The internal fit to the cylinder head is broadly shared across standard AEG gearboxes, so the number that actually decides fitment is the length. The reliable method is to measure the nozzle you are replacing and match that, then feed-test.
Fitment notes & exceptions
- SCAR-L and SCAR-H are different lengths: A SCAR-L (MK16) runs roughly 21 to 29mm depending on brand and a SCAR-H (MK17) about 31.5 to 36mm. They are not the same nozzle, and the figure varies by maker (VFC, Classic Army and others), so identify your variant and brand and measure the stock nozzle before buying.
