The WE Katana M4A1 RIS uses the redesigned quick-change cylinder system that Systema originally developed with their PTW. Players now have the ability to have a CQB and field rifle all in one. The cylinder replaces the upper half of the gearbox and is compatible to upgrade with most aftermarket M4 airsoft parts. You can now go from shooting 350 FPS to 400 FPS in a matter of seconds. Externally, WE installed a full metal rail system and a carry handle that exposes an upper receiver rail system when removed.
