WARNING: NOT FOR AIRSOFT EYE PROTECTION These mesh goggles are NOT safe as eye protection during an airsoft game. Do not use them for gameplay or any activity where projectiles can hit the eye area. Why we do not approve mesh goggles for airsoft: Mesh does not reliably stop airsoft BB impacts safely. When a BB hits mesh, it can: Shatter, sending fragments through the mesh openings toward the eye Chip paint/coating on the inside, creating debris that can enter the eye Leave sharp fragments on the inside that could cause serious injury We have repeatedly stated in our videos that we do not recommend mesh goggles for airsoft because the risk is real. What we saw in internal testing (not a certified lab test): SSP5 from ~2 m: chipped paint on the inside surface after a single hit 2.9 J sniper from ~2 m: BB shattered, fragments remained on the inside of the mask So why do we sell them? Because some customers ask for mesh goggles for non-game use. You have been warned. What to use instead (for actual airsoft games): Use proper impact-rated eye protection (glasses / goggles) with Camo Sticker and optional Antifog Unit. For the same camo effect, we recommend using the Camo Stickers with proper Airsoft goggles. DO NOT USE AS EYE PROTECTION DURING AN AIRSOFT GAME. No liability is accepted for injuries resulting from misuse or using these as game eye protection
