ASGs first Li-Fe battery is getting rave reviews; this three-stick format fits snuggly inside most M4 stock tubes and most places a regular 9.6V NIMH would fit. 9.9V Li-Fe batteries are relatively new to the airsoft market, and bridge the gap between 7.4V and 11.1V Li-Pos nicely; where 7.4V is too little and 11.1V is too much. These battery packs have a similar power to weight ratio to lithium-polymer (Li-Po) batteries, but are far more tolerant to over under charging. In extreme situations where a LiPo battery may ignite, a LiFe battery will most likely just vent some harmless gas. Each of the three sticks measures 25x21x150mm, allowing fitment in very compact spaces.
