This is the recoil shock version of Tokyo Marui's highly regarded VSR sniper rifle. Functions like a standard VSR but upon pulling the trigger a mechanism inside the rifle creates a recoil effect. Has very nice textured wood effect ABS furniture. Probably the most sought after spring powered airsoft sniper rifle platform available; a quick internet search reveals how hugely popular and upgradeable it is. Without a doubt the best performing, out of the box sniper rifle on the market, with supreme accuracy and consistency. The body and stock are made from solid, super-high quality ABS plastic with a soft-feel finish. It keeps the weight of the rifle down (just under 2kg) making it hugely versatile and lightweight in an airsoft sniper role. Metal parts include the entire barrel assembly, bolt bolt handle and safety lever. Trigger and trigger guard are also of metal construction. Iron sights are located and the front and rear of the rifle and a 20mm rail kit is available separately for mounting a scope. The adjustable hop-up slider is located on top of the left side of the frame and has intricate, audible, click adjustments. This is a VERY accurate, consistent, rifle with an approximate 60 metre range out of the box. Allows easy bipod attachment at the sling mount point a the front of the rifle (sling mount has to be removed). We recommend the use of this bipod.
