This is Tokyo Marui's brand new SG553 Commando featuring t he PLUS system which improves trigger repsonse during semi-auto firing. The real steel SG553 is a further improved version of the SG552, a model based on the SG550 assault rifle. Marui have recreated it perfectly in this 1:1 replica. The SG553 Plus model feels great to shoot with a satisfying sound and feel. The Plus model means it is equipped with a trigger switch that combines mechanical and FET technology. Compared to mechanical-only switches, the response from pulling the trigger to firing the BB is greatly improved, resulting in a smooth, crisp trigger pull. In addition, there is no arcing compared to a traditional trigger switch, so the longevity of the switch is massively increased. Sports authentic markings on both the left and right side of the upper receiver. Made from a tough reinforced resin/nylon/ABS combination which gives the replica a fantastic weight and touch, in conjunction with lots of other metal parts. The whole rifle is finished in a realistic matt black colour. Metal parts are abundant, including the outer barrel and flash hider, selectors, receiver pins and trigger. A 40rd magazine is included with fantastic looking dummy rounds visible through the transparent plastic casing. These mags have an internal spring that feeds every last bb up into the gun so no bbs will fall out when the magazine is removed when empty. The battery compartment is located inside the front handguard, removal is simple with clear instructions in manual. Extra magazines available here.
