A perfect replica of the STARS Biohazard Samurai Edge pistol, from Tokyo Marui. Built upon their new 2016 M9 platform, it has an adjustable hop-up, working decocker, STARS wood effect grips and silver-effect barrel. Sports "STARS RPD Special Team" engravings on the left side of the slide, with "Mod. SAMURAI EDGE LAW ENFORCEMENT USE ONLY" on the right side. Made primarily from super-high quality heavyweight ABS plastic, with a matt coloured grey/black slide. This newer heavyweight model comes in at a hefty 945g. It also has more of a metallic sound when the slide is racked compared to the old model, thanks to beefier metal slide rails. The wood effect grips have a textured plastic insert, with STARS emblem located in the center. Metal parts include trigger, hammer, slide release, sights, disassembly lever, guide rod, safety and magazine. Authentic hex grip panel screws have replaced the older style flat-head screw. Sports and extended metal slide lock. Semi-automatic blowback operation. Working safety and slide catch. If the hammer is cocked and the safety lever is activated, the hammer decocks and drops safely. Magazine holds 24 rounds and gives the pistol a great weight. Green gas is recommended in temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius, 144a gas for above. New adjustable hop-up system gives the pistol fantastic accuracy.
