About Real QBZ-192 The QBZ-192 is a modern assault carbine and the compact, short-barreled variant of China's next-generation QBZ-191 rifle family. It is chambered for the 5.8?42mm DBP191 cartridge and operates using a gas piston system. Designed primarily for close-quarters combat, it is used by special forces and vehicle crews. Compared to the standard QBZ-191 rifle, it has a shorter barrel (266 mm) and is optimized for engagements under 300 meters, while sharing core features like modular rail systems. QBZ-192 rifle was developed in the 2010s, with the QBZ-191 family entering production around 2015.
