Some light cosmetic marks on receiver, outer barrel and trigger guard. A factory defect whereby the pump does not fully lock after each pump. Otherwise shoots and functions perfectly (and ironically this is a mod that is commonly performed on factory M870s to allow the loading of 6 or 9 shots in 3 shot mode). Unlike most Marui models, there is lots of metal on show including a full metal barrel and a zinc alloy receiver. This gives the shotgun a great look and feel and also gives it a considerable weight, coming in at 2.8kg. Other metal parts include the removable gas tank, trigger, sling mounts and 20mm top tail. "Model M870 Tactical" is engraved on the left side of the receiver. This version of the M870 has the shortened shell storage tube, giving the shotgun an overall length of 960mm. The shotgun includes a single white shotgun shell, but is fully compatible with the older-style Marui shotgun shell and most other brands of shell (including ASG shells). The unique selling point of the Marui M870 is its various fire modes. Choose between firing three BBs at a time or six BBs at a time. Range and power is effected by loading additional BBs. This version allows you to do additional racks to load 6 or 9 bbs in the 3 shot mode. Pumping the action gives a realistic sound and feel and allows you to fire off numerous shots in quick succession.
